BEFORE:

1. Disconnect battery.
2. Loosen factory hose clamps.

3. Disconnect Mass Air Flow sensor. The picture below shows the underside of the harness (detached). Use a flat head screw driver to pull the red tab and the harness pulls off easily.

5. Remove the factory air box grommets and install into the new Cold Air Dam.

6. The new Cold Air Dam is now ready to be installed into the factory location. Using the old bolt, fasten the new Air Dam to the left fender.

7. Remove the mass air sensor from the factory air box using the supplied #20 Torx Bit. Reinstall on the new intake tube using the supplied 8-32 Button Head Bolts. Note the position of the arrow on the mass air sensor.

8. On the other end of the new intake tube install the supplied 5/8” Grommet and 5/8” Aluminum Fitting as well as the plastic 1/4” Fitting (Automatic Transmissions) or 1/4” plastic Plug (Manual Transmission).

9. Install the supplied Hump Hose to the throttle body using the #48 Hose clamp. Then insert the new intake tube to the other side of the Hump hose using the #64 Hose clamp.

10. The other end of the new intake tube will attach to the new air dam with the supplied 2 1/4" 20 x 1/2” Button Head Bolts and 1/4" Flat Washers.

11. Install the new Air filter to the intake hose.
