I sprayed a rust solvent on all screws, nuts and connections to make is easier to work with. You do not have to do this but it is something I suggest.
There are clamps in front of the mustang after the H-Pipe connection and by the rear axel connection. Also the connection from the mid and back exhaust should receive rust solvent as well
Unscrew All bolts
When unscrewed, there is a small hook on the left side of the clamp. You will have to use a little force using a screwdriver or something else to hammer the whole clamp back. Now the mid-pipe should be free to be removed.
Now take the first clamp off!
Now open the clamp in the back! You will need your crowbar and a Hammer for the next steps. You have to solve the connection. Take your Crowbar (blue line) and hammer it away because the connection is very strong. When it's open, simply remove and also take the axel back off.
1. First you have to install the new exhaust back and apply the new clamps.
2. Now you take your mid end and apply the old clamp for the front.
(Pay Attention to make sure each pipe is on the correct side, and make sure that the hook from the shell is connected to the h-pipe)
3. Before you tighten it – remember to make sure both sides are a in the right position and aren’t poking out to much in the back.
That’s it - have fun! The sound is awesome!!!
