NOTE: This Smog Pump Eliminator is for off-road use or pollution control exempt vehicles only, and may not be suitable with supercharged applications.
ï‚· Remove your existing serpentine belt.
ï‚· Remove the factory Smog pump from the bracket by unscrewing & removing the two bolts.
ï‚· Disconnect the air tube coming off of the pump and plug it.
ï‚· Position the Smog Pump Eliminator in the original pump location with the OEM mounting bolts. Torque to OEM recommended specifications.
ï‚· Reinstall your serpentine belt. Check belt alignment with other pulleys before starting vehicle.
