Remove Procedure:

1. Make sure the engine is turned off.
2. Since you are around the gas tank avoid any actions that could cause a fire.

3. Open the fuel door.

4. Remove the gas cap (This will make taking the door off much easier).

5. Using the 7mm socket remove the 4 screws holding the gas cap on.

6. Two of the screws have a rubber bumper to prevent the fuel door from closing too far.
7. Remove the rubber bumper on each of the two screws.
8. Now, that you have all four screws visible and ready to come out, begin
unscrewing them with your 7mm socket
***As you loosen the screw hold on to the fuel door so it doesn't rub, fall, or scratch your car***

9. You should have the fuel door in your hand or on the ground.
10. Removing the cord that connects your stock fuel door to the gas cap is
required.
11. Begin by locating where the cord is attached to the gas cap
(The picture below has a red arrow that is pointing in the direction you need to pull the cord.)
12. When you have located it, pull the cord towards the white of the gas cap.
13. As you pull the cord down you should see and feel it click down.
14. From here begin to pull it left or right while pulling down, until it completely
comes out.

***Leaving the gas cap off the new fuel door for now will make the installation easier***

15. Unpack your new Fuel Door

16. Find this plate first

17. If you look closely at the plate you will notice two holes that are raised up. 18. Those raised holes are for the fuel door itself.

19. The three other holes on the flat part are to be mounted to the car.

20. Start by placing the plate with the raised holes coming towards you, on the
side closest to the front of the car.

21. Now use the 3mm Alan wrench to tighten the plate down.

22. The two nuts you use to attach the plate to the car have nuts that go on the
back of them. *Make sure the bolts are tight.

23. Now check the fitment of the fuel door.

***Only these four bolts in red are used***

24. The bolts in blue are for decoration.

25. Loosen and take out the two short bolts and the long bolt. 26. Loosen the bolt with the clip.
27. Then work the clip so it is between the metal hole.
28. Make the clip and bolt hole finger tight.
29. Proceed to screwing the two short 4mm bolts. Tighten them all the way. 30. Now tighten the clip and bolt hole all the way.
31. Then tighten the long bolt with the nut all the way.
32. Put the fuel cap back on
33. Test the fuel door

You are done!
