Included Parts:

75MM throttle body

Throttle Body to Intake Manifold Gasket

Idle Air Control to Throttle Body Gasket

Throttle Position Sensor O-ring

Throttle Position Sensor Mounting Screws

(2) Throttle Position Sensor Mounting Washers

Before:

1. Remove negative battery terminal

2. Remove hose from throttle body to air intake with 8mm wrench/socket

3. Detach the 3 cables/linkages to the throttle linkage

4. Unplug throttle position sensor and idle air control sensor

5. Remove 4 nuts holding the throttle body onto the intake manifold with 13mm wrench/socket.

6. Remove factory idle air control (8mm wrench/socket), and throttle position sensor (Phillips screwdriver).

7. While you have it off, clean the idle air control by spraying carb cleaner into the two openings on the idle air control.

8. Install throttle position sensor and idle air control (with supplied gasket) onto new throttle body. Note: After all installed, if your car idles to high or too low, it is very likely that your throttle position sensor isn’t adjusted right.

9. With supplied gasket, install new throttle body onto intake manifold, secure with factory nuts, and torque to specs.

10. Reattach linkages to throttle body and plugs onto throttle position sensor and idle air control.

11. Install hose back onto new throttle body. Note: Even though in the picture there is an aftermarket intake hose the concept is the same.

12. Reconnect negative battery terminal.

13. Start engine and adjust idle by turning the idle screw (10mm wrench/socket), if that doesn’t change idle then adjust throttle position sensor, be sure to restart engine after adjusting idle screw until desired idle is achieved.
