Description
More Air For More Power. Improve the power and performance of your Coyote powered 2015-2022 Mustang by replacing the restrictive factory intake with a Steeda ProFlow Closed Cold Air Intake. Designed to greatly improve air flow, when compared to stock, along with the coolest intake temperatures available, you will see mid-range gains of up to 30 Horsepower.
Unique Design. Steeda engineered their Closed Intake to retain all factory vacuum lines as well as the stock cold air ducting from the front grille for optimal air flow. The closed lid design prevents hot air from entering the intake for noticeably lower intake temperatures. The ProFlow intake tube features a provision to retain the factory sound tube, but also includes a block off cap for those looking to delete it entirely.
121mm Mass Air Housing. This ProFlow Closed Cold Air Intake features a precision CNC machined 121mm mass air housing - the largest on the market - that provides the cleanest mass air signal available. A clean MAF signal results in smooth, reliable offÂ-throttle to on-Âthrottle response. Includes housing only, MAF sensor is not included.
Reusable Nanofiber Air Filter. Included with this Proflow Closed Cold Air Intake is a high flow reusable nanofiber air filter, that provides excellent filtration of harmful power robbing dust particles. Seeing that the filter is reusable, there is no need to buy a new filter every few thousand miles. You can just clean the filter, re-oil it, and reinstall - saving yourself money in the long haul.
Straight Forward Installation. The Steeda ProFlow Closed Cold Air Intake Kit is designed to install easily with just basic hand tools. No extra modifications or special tools are required for proper installation. All necessary parts and instructions are included.
Calibration Required. Installation of this Steeda ProFlow Closed Cold Air Intake will require the use of a Handheld Tuner to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) for operation. By reprogramming your Mustangs ECU you will be able to realize the full power potential that this Cold Air Intake has to offer.
Not Carb Certified. This Steeda ProFlow Closed Cold Air Intake is not legal for use in California or any other state adopting California emission standards. Not legal for use on pollution controlled motor vehicles; intended for off road use only.
