      Description

      Go Unapologetically Fast. If you want to achieve top speeds when racing your Mustang GT, then install a USA Standard ring gear and pinion kit. You'll go faster than ever before with a smoother and quieter ride overall.

      3.08 Gear Ratio. You won't blow through gasoline when you choose a 3.08 gear ratio. This ring gear and pinion kit allows you to hit top speeds in your GT without needlessly worrying about going broke on fuel costs.

      Heat Treated Steel. USA Standard uses cutting-edge computer technology to design all of their ring gears and pinion kits. Each part is thoroughly inspected for quality and impact resistance to ensure a long-lasting product for years to come.

      Recommended Upgrade. A Speedometer Gear (sold separately) will help with any inaccuracy that may result from changing your gear ratio.

      Installation. Changing your gears is a very complicated process and professional installation or advanced mechanical expertise is advised.

      Warranty. USA Standard offers a 1-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Some limitations and exclusions may apply. Please see manufacturer's warranty for complete details.

      Application. This USA Standard ring gear and pinion kit is designed to fit all 1999-2004 Mustang GTs with an 8.8" axle.

      Technical Note. For Mustangs with higher mileage, a master bearing kit is recommended. A reputable shop will charge, on average, between $250-$300 to install this kit, but rates may vary. To save money, you can rebuild your Trac-Lok at the same time.
