      Description

      Increased Power and Performance. An excellent way to increase the power and performance of your 2003-2004 Mustang Mach 1 is with a SCT Rev-X Tuner that includes one custom tune file from VMP Tuning. From the factory, Ford programs the Mustang to cater towards the needs of the daily driver, not the performance enthusiast who adds aftermarket modifications in the search of even more power. That is why a custom tune file is so important. By optimizing the air/fuel ratio, adjusting ignition timing and tweaking cam timing, a VMP Tuning Custom Tune will squeeze out the extra power your aftermarket performance mods have to offer.

      VMP Custom Tune. When you order this Tuner and Tune File combo kit you are getting a custom tune written by a VMP Tuning calibrator specifically for your personal Mustang and your particular modifications. VMP Tuning even provides datalogging support, limited to (6) months from the date that the file was created to assure your Mustang is running healthy and strong. The amount of logs that will be reviewed in that time is up to the discretion of the calibrator.

      • VMP Level 1 is for stock naturally aspirated vehicles with or without basic bolt-on upgrade modifications such as a Cold Air Intake, Throttle Body and/or Full Exhaust System. Choice of 91/93 octane or E85 is available.
      • VMP Level 2 is for stock naturally aspirated vehicles that have mild performance modifications such as upgraded Fuel Injectors, Fuel Pump or Intake Manifold. Choice of 91/93 octane or E85 is available.

      Please Note. VMP will not tune out Check Engine Light (CEL) or codes for catalytic converter delete/aftermarket catalytic converters.

      Application. This VMP Performance Rev-X Tuner by SCT with 1 Custom Tune is designed specifically for use on 2003-2004 Ford Mustang Mach 1 models equipped with the 4.6L V8 engine. Please select the tune option best suited for your vehicle from those listed.

      The SCT Rev-X Tuner ships blank from AmericanMuscle, the custom tune file will be emailed directly to the end user within 3-5 business days from VMP Tuning only after they have received all the required information to write the tune. This includes a list of vehicle modifications, valid SCT serial number, and VIN. Submit your vehicle's Information Here

      In the event you need to update your tune file for a new modification, you will need to purchase a Custom Tune Update directly from VMP.

      VMP Custom Tunes are not legal for use in California or pollution controlled vehicles, this product will not ship to addresses in California due to state regulations. Additionally, support will not be provided for tuning for California residents.
