        Description

        Developed in a Test Cell. The Vortech V-3 Si-Trim Supercharger with a Charge Cooler - Tuner Kit - Polished - has a technologically advanced impeller and housing design that was developed in their supercharger test cell. This system increases your Cobra's horsepower to 484 (from 305) and its torque to 423 lb/ft (from 285 lb/ft).

        Unmatched Reliability. The high-output supercharger system has an increased boost level and features a completely integrated air/water charge cooler for denser air and more power. Unmatched in reliability, its SQ technology offers the coolest air and a quieter operation. It also features a high-flow bypass valve and an OEM-type mounting bracket for a "factory" look.

        Installation. All of the necessary hardware is included with the supercharger which requires a high level of mechanical ability to install properly, otherwise professional installation is recommended.

        1-Year Limited Warranty. Vortech warrants the Vortech V-3 Supercharger is free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. See manufacturer's website for details. 

        Tuner Kit. Tuner Kits include the Supercharger Head Unit, piping, mounting bracketry and parts required for basic installation. Tuner Kits do not include fuel components, electronic components, programmer or calibration. Custom dyno tuning is required for operation.

        Application. The Vortech V-3 Si-Trim Supercharger with a Charge Cooler - Tuner Kit - Polished is made to fit 1996-1998 Ford Mustang Cobras.
