      DIY Application. It’s pretty simple to use the ACC Carbon Fiber Anti-Lock Brake-Washer Fluid Top Plate. As with all other peel and stick applications, the surface preparation is key. This kit comes with a pack of adhesive promoter that greatly enhances the adhesion of the top plate adhesive backing.
