Description
Tire Smoking Power. This set of Comp Cams Adjustable Cam Gears is the key to maximizing power from new camshafts. With the factory timing gear setup, you can't tune your camshaft timing - a critical need when doing mods that can change your camshaft-to-crankshaft centerline position. So get the most out of the power your mods have to offer, and invest in these adjustable gears to insure you'll get maximum tire-smoking power.
Quality and Performance. This complete kit includes both the driver's and passenger's side cams with billet aluminum hubs for lightness and steel outer gears for durability. These tough, light, durable gears offer up to 12 degrees of advance or retard, for a total of 24 degrees of adjustability. Compatible with the Ford OE timing chains, these gears also come with the proper sensors to be installed in exactly the same way as the factory gears.

Missing cam gear bolts and no help from American Muscle. You have to order it separately. Research the bolt size in the forms. Product seams good. About 10 miles driven since install.

comp timing gears
These adjustable timing gears are a great addition to an aftermarket cam swap. Easy to adjust and very straight forward, if you waver want to advance or r*tard your timing just pull the valve covers off.

If your gettin cams and gotta degree your cams this is an easy way to get them done. Fairly easy if you know wat your doin but make sure they bolts are torqued correctly
