      Description

      Excellent Performance Upgrade. Maximize your Challenger’s powerful engine performance by using the Airaid MCAD Cold Air Intake with SynthaMax Dry Filter. This intake system enables your engine to breathe more efficiently by facilitating the cooler, oxygen-rich air to fill your combustion chamber for an optimized air-fuel mixture. The resulting enhanced airflow delivers significant improvement in torque, throttle response, engine sound, and an estimated increase of 13 horsepower at 4491 RPM.

      No Tune Required. This MCAD Cold Air Intake does not require reprogramming of your Challenger’s computer. With advanced engineering, this intake system boosts engine power using the factory tune. AmericanMuscle, however, still recommends a custom tune to reprogram your ECU to get the best possible performance from this intake.

      SynthaMax Performance Air Filter. The SynthaMax air filter included in this intake kit is designed for an excellent filtration capacity with its layered synthetic media. The filter media consists of 2 layers, with the outer needlefelt polyester layer designed for high air flow. The inner layer captures the remaining contaminants with an efficient dust holding capacity.

      High-Quality Construction. This MCAD Cold Air Intake system is built to withstand high heat stress and various mechanical impacts thanks to its durable black aluminum construction. It delivers the most efficient airflow with its free-flowing aluminum tubing. A tough heat shield is also included to enhance the cooler air inflow, while keeping the hotter surrounding air from getting into the system.

      Bolt-On Installation. Designed to mount using your car’s factory location, the MCAD Cold Air Intake requires no additional drilling. The straightforward installation completes in about an hour with standard hand tools and light-to-moderate mechanical skills.

      Limited Lifetime Warranty. Airaid offers a lifetime warranty against factory defects in workmanship and materials of this MCAD Intake System. Some limitations and exclusions are indicated in the manufacturer’s warranty guide. Please check the terms and conditions for full details.

      Not CARB-Certified. This MCAD Cold Air Intake is not CARB-certified at this time. It is legal in California for use on race vehicles only. The use of this device on vehicles used on public streets or highways is strictly prohibited in California and others states that have adopted California emission regulations.

      Application. The Airaid MCAD Cold Air Intake with SynthaMax Dry Filter is intended for use on all 2011-2023 6.4L HEMI Dodge Challenger models.
