Description
Increased Horsepower and Torque. The Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake with Black SynthaMax Dry Filter is designed to ensure superior performance and a hassle-free installation. In addition to featuring a non-restrictive free-flowing design, it also features the Cold Air Dam. This prevents hot air from the engine compartment from entering the intake while also ensuring that the air is only taken from external sources.
No Tune Required. The Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake is tuned to its application and works great on the factory tune. However, installing custom tune is still recommended as they can provide additional performance improvements.
Superior SynthaMax Air Filter. The large, conical SynthaMax filter provides superior airflow and highly efficient filtering compared to stock. Additionally, the filter is washable and reusable for long-lasting service.
Durable Construction. The Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake is roto-molded from high-density polyethylene for superior performance and durability. Additionally, the Cold Air Dam is precision-fit for an excellent seal.
Direct Fit Bolt-On. Installing the Cold Air Dam Intake is straightforward with no drilling or welding required. Furthermore, it can be completed in under an hour with simple garage tools.
No Hassle Lifetime Limited Warranty. The Cold Air Dam Intake is warranted to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and exclusions will apply.
CARB Certified. The Cold Air Dam Intake is designed to meet California emission standards. This kit is 50-state legal with CARB EO number: D-609-18.
Application. The Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake with Black SynthaMax Dry Filter is designed to fit 2009-2010 5.7L and 2008-2010 6.1L Dodge Challenger models.
