      Description

      Performance-Oriented Function and Style. Form goes hand in hand with function when you outfit your Challenger with the Anderson Composites Type-RE Hellcat Redeye Carbon Fiber Hood. This hood features the new Redeye-style dual air scoop, giving your vehicle a fierce look that’s all business. More importantly, this hood’s carbon-fiber build is significantly lighter than your stock hood. This reduced weight translates improved performance come track day.

      Functional Dual Air Scoop. Its lighter weight is not the only factor that makes this hood stand out. Specifically, its dual air scoop is fully functional and works effectively with the Redeye "Air-Grabber" intake system ensuring your engine is constantly supplied with loads of cold air. These factors make this component perfect for your track-focused Challenger.

      Brawny and Lightweight Build Quality. This Hellcat Redeye-Style hood is constructed utilizing a combination of “wet” carbon fiber technique and a specialized vacuum forming process. This process aims to provide a more even distribution of the marine-grade resin into the carbon fiber fabric. The result is a more consistent final product that maximizes its glossy finish as well as the bold carbon fiber weave look. Additionally, the resin employed features UV-inhibitors ensuring a fade-resistant look.

      Trouble-Free Installation. The carbon fiber hood mounts onto preexisting locations on your vehicle using the OE hardware. Please note that the factory hood dampers, shocks, or struts should not be reused as this may cause the hood to incur damage. It is however strongly suggested that a hood prop be used. Please note that the manufacturer recommends this product be installed professionally.

      Application. The Anderson Composites Type-RE Hellcat Redeye Carbon Fiber Hood fits all 2008 to 2023 Dodge Challenger models.

      Application Notes. Hood pins and a heat shield are required on this product.
