A Better Platform. The 1979 thorugh 2004 Fox-body Ford Mustang was a legend in its time. It had the looks, power, and affordability to make it a favorite among hot-rodders everywhere. However, chassis stiffness was never its strong suit. If you're building a Fox-body 'Stang for performance, you need to tighten that chassis to provide a better platform for all that upgraded power. Start with these BMR Tubular Subframe Connectors. They connect the front and rear subframes for maximum chassis stiffness. You won't believe the transformation to your Mustang.
From Strong to Stronger. BMR crafts these connectors out of thick-wall 1-5/8" steel tubing. That tubing is laser-cut, CNC-machined, and MIG-welded for ultimate strength and durability -- and a precise fit. The reinforcement plates are thick 3/16" steel. When installed, these connectors transform the ride and handling of your Mustang. They even address the chassis rattles that frequently plauge the Fox, SN95, and New Edge Mustangs. The connectors are red power-coated for hot looks. They fit closely enough to the chassis to prevent clearance issues, even in lowered cars.
Some Welding Required. This is not a bolt-on mod. Some drilling and welding is required. You're going to need a lift and a good set of tools. The install process is fully documented in step-by-step instructions. Give yourself about four hours to do the job right.
Application. These Red BMR Tubular Subframe Connectors are designed for use on 1979-2004 Mustang Coupes.
