As the first dedicated performance trim of the Mustang to achieve real popularity, the Cobra has wheels that aren’t compatible with other Foxbody trims – but this selection of 1979-1993 Foxbody Mustang Chrome 2003 Cobra wheels provides a modern alternative that lets you get the classic Cobra look on your ‘ordinary’ 1987-1993 Foxbody ‘Stangs. These wheels, in fact, will fit every trim and variant of late 3rd generation Mustang except the Cobra! Made from light, tough aluminum, these 2003 Cobra style wheels are coated in a genuine triple-plated chrome finish. This has a base coat of copper which smooths out all surface defects in the wheel itself, then nickel for the intense, liquid shine, and finally chromium on top, creating a coating that is stronger and more durable than the poorly applied chrome on older commercial vehicles. These wheels come with a pair of warranties, one lasting for 1 year on the finish and a limited lifetime structural warranty. You can get mounted, balanced 1987-1993 Foxbody Mustang Chrome 2003 Cobra wheel & tire kits that are supplied with high traction aftermarket tires, which make it faster and easier to get these brilliant, crisp looking wheels up and running. Alternately, you can buy 17” wheels in this style individually and add the tires of your choice.
