      Description

      Unlock Your VVT’s Potential. If you’re thinking of upgrading your variable valve timing (VVT) engine with a more aggressive aftermarket camshaft, you need the Comp Cams Phaser Lock Kit. This cam phaser lock kit is engineered to limit the function of your Charger HEMI’s VVT function by locking out its cam phaser. This enables you to upgrade to a more aggressive camshaft without completely eliminating VVT functionality, something that was previously not possible. What’s more, the cam phaser lock can be adjusted along the full range of your vehicle’s cam phaser. This factor allows you to upgrade to virtually any camshaft you want.

      Heavy-Duty Build Quality. This cam phaser lock is machine-formed from heavy-duty synthetic materials capable of withstanding the high-heat environment of your Charger’s engine without warping. This material also allows the phaser lock to be easily adjusted. The lock’s adjustment screw is similarly machine-formed from high-grade alloy for durability. Lastly, this component comes in standard black.

      Straightforward Install Procedure. This kit’s cam phaser lock is designed to install into one of the vanes of your engine’s cam phaser. Please note that while installing the lock into the cam phaser takes just a short amount of time, dismantling it from the engine requires special tools and expert level mechanical knowledge. You will also need to have your ECU re-tuned after installing this component for your engine to work properly.
