Superior Oil Separator. Mishimoto’s Challenger 3-Port Compact Baffled Oil Catch Can separates harmful oil vapors from the PCV/CCV system. Oil vapors can be both a nuisance and a legitimate issue, coating the intake tract with oil and causing problems such as excessive smoking on startup and pre-detonation due to fuel dilution. Unlike ordinary air-oil-separators, this product is not heated and does not drain into the oil pan. As a result, this catch can eliminates nearly 100% of all oil particles from the crankcase vent without recirculating them back into the intake manifold or engine oil.  

50 Micron Bronze Filter. An internal 50-micron bronze filter provides exceptional filtration to capture nearly all oil vapors, allowing the oil to cool and compress back to liquid oil for disposal at a later date.
