      Carbon-Ceramic Pad Compound. PowerStop crafted these brake pads using a carbon-ceramic compound for a stronger and faster braking response. In addition to superior performance, these brake pads have a stable friction coefficient even at high temperatures. This helps reduce brake fade and ensures consistent braking power output. Meanwhile, the surfaces are thermal-scorched for a faster break-in. Lastly, for a longer lifespan and enhanced corrosion resistance, PowerStop added a powder coat to the brake pads’ backing plates.
