Rotors Built to Last. Top-notch G3000 metallurgy is used to build the cast PowerStop Rotors. Each rotor is finely machined to follow OE clearances for a definite fit - 0.0032-inch maximum rotor run-out and 0.0005-inch maximum DTV specification. What’s more, the surfaces are protected with zinc dichromate plating to prevent corrosive elements from penetrating the metal body.
Designed for Ventilation and Smooth Braking. The rotors are designed with drills for ventilation and slots for clearing gas and debris from brake pads for better brake bite. The innovative design ensures efficient brake operation for your car.
Proprietary Compound. PowerStop engineers reformulated the Evolution Brake Pads with a carbon fiber ceramic compound that resists brake fade and high temperatures. The results are durable brake pads that you won’t need to replace as frequently as typical brake pads.
Low-Dust and No Noise. Unlike cheaper or even factory brake pads, the Evolution Brake Pads are made with a low-dust compound, so you can keep your wheels clean for longer. In addition, each one features a rubber-backed shim for noiseless brake operation every time.
Break-In Your Brakes. While you don’t necessarily need a mechanic to do the installation, it pays to read the instruction and your vehicle’s maintenance manual before attempting the installation. After installation, break-in the new system to evenly coat the rotor with friction material for optimal brake performance out on the road.
