      Description

      High-Performance Cog Pulley. Cog pulleys are highly sought out in the racing world for their signature whistling sound and high-performance capability. When you swap out your stock Vortech drive pulley with the Challenger 35mm Cog Style Supercharger Drive Pulley you can achieve better drive-belt traction and open up your drive belt system to operate at higher RPMs. Unlike standard ribbed and flat drive belts, cogged and toothed drive belts and pulleys feature an interlocking design that helps prevent slippage and premature wear. Additionally, this design allows for supercharger drive belts to function with less tension and run cooler at higher speeds to further prevent wear. 

      8mm Cog Pitch. This cog-style pulley features a 27-tooth design reinforced with an 8mm tooth pitch designed to unlock better performance and efficiency out of your drive belt system. 

      CNC Machined Surface. Vortech manufactured this cog pulley with a CNC machined surface for a precise fit and greater surface area contact. 

      Outstanding Strength. This cog style pulley features a hard-anodized T6 6061 aluminum to enable your supercharger drive belts to flow faster without fear of overpowering its mechanical components. 

      Three-Year Limited Warranty. Vortech backs each of its supercharger products with a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. 

      Application. The Challenger 35mm Cog Style Supercharger Drive Pulley is compatible with all 2008-2023 Dodge Challenger models with a H/D Supercharger or Vortech Race Bypass Valve equipped.
