Description
High-Quality Spherical Bearings. Replace your Cobra's worn IRS cross-axis joints with the Maximum Motorsports Cross-Axis Joint Replacement Kit. Since Ford does not sell them separately, you will have to put forth a decent amount of money for the complete assembly. Even then, you will just be receiving the weak stock rubber joints again. The MM full set includes four Teflon-lined spherical bearings, which significantly reduce control arm deflection and and make the Cobra's IRS less prone to changes when under pressure.
Longer and Easier Life. With Maximum Motorsports' updated hardware, these joints will not only perform better than stock, but also have a longer lifespan to save you money and stress down the road.
Complete Installation Kit. This joint replacement kit includes all the tools you will need for a seamless install. Tools inlcude those to remove the stock joints and replace them with the upgraded joints.
Application. The Maximum Motorsports Cross-Axis Joint Replacement Kit will fit on 1999-2004 Mustang Cobras. Note: this product will only fit on those Cobras that have newer factory joints from a post-1999 factory recall. Check to see if you have the correct joints before purchasing and installing.
